Who We Are
During April 2006 after 35 years Industry experience with Fortune 100 companies, Charles Black founded Charles Black & Associates, Inc to make quality, cost effective training opportunities and consulting services available to smaller companies who find it difficult to offer on-site training due to small work forces and/or limited training budgets.
Our Associates are comprised of organizations and individuals I have utilized during my career who are true professionals in their respective areas of expertise and share the same values and beliefs as Charles Black & Associates, Inc. which is: Integrity, Trust, and a commitment to the success of our Clients. Each Associate involved in training utilizes the competency-based learning model and provides individual support as needed for each training participant.
